Congratulations on booking your Kilimanjaro hike with Mogli Adventure. We are very happy about the opportunity to serve you. Thank you for choosing to hike with Mogli Adventure.
The most common way to book your Kilimanjaro hike is to pay a deposit (30%) and the balance when we approach the hike or after departure at the hotel. As stated below in the booking conditions
By booking a trip with Mogli Adventure you agree to these booking conditions (which represent the entire agreement between you and Mogli Adventure) and your booking will be accepted by me on this basis.
The services to be provided are the ones listed in your booking confirmation by e-mail/SMS.
Please make sure when booking the correct name and nationality. You must send the image/copy of your passport
The booking is only valid when I send you the booking confirmation. The booking is not valid at the time of payment/deposit. The booking is only valid as a valid booking when the booking confirmation is sent.
To confirm your booking, you must make a deposit. A deposit of 30% per person is required when booking. The balance of your trip is due 30-90 days before your departure date. If the customer requests to pay the deposit of 30% and the rest upon arrival in Tanzania, this is still acceptable.
Accepted payment methods: Western Union, Mobile Wallet or Banking
Note: If the deposit is not paid on or before the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as canceled
If we make your booking accept, we will send you a confirmation by email/WhatsApp. From the date of our confirmation, a contract is concluded between Mogli. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details of the remaining payments.
The payment of the remaining amount of the travel price is due before the day of departure/after departure at the hotel.
My travel prices are subject to variables and seasonal prices, both of which are common in the travel industry. This means that our travel prices may vary at any time depending on demand, market conditions and availability. It is likely that different passengers were charged different prices on the same trip. If you like the price you have displayed/specified by me, it is best to book at this time. Once you have received an offer, the price will be set if you make the required deposit before the offer expires. Any reduced prices or discounts that will be available after payment of your deposit will not apply.
In order to confirm your travel preparations, you must provide all the details requested together with the remaining amount of the travel price. The required details vary depending on the trip. These include, among other things, the full name according to the passport, the date of birth, the nationality, the passport number, the issuance and expiry date of the passport and any previous illnesses that could affect your ability to carry out your travel preparations. For some more demanding trips, we also require you to fill out and forward a self-assessment form. If you do not provide the requested information, there may be additional costs or a non-refundable cancellation of your trip.
We are not medical experts. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit enough to fully participate in the trip and seek appropriate and detailed medical advice on the latest health requirements and recommendations for your destination. If you do not do this and are denied entry to a country or you suffer personal injury, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage you suffer.
You are aware of this and recognize that the nature of this type of travel requires a high degree of flexibility and you should consider alternatives. The itinerary provided for each trip is representative of the nature of the planned activities. However, it is believed that route, schedules, itineraries, amenities and means of transport may be changed without prior notice due to local circumstances or events.
Optional activities not included in the travel price are not part of the trip and this contract.
